Who: Anyone interested in learning how to grow vegetables in Houston.
2-Day Workshop WORKSHOP FULL
Wed. & Thurs., June 21 & 22, 8am-3pm
What: The Edible Academy: Learning in the Outdoor Classroom, a two-day workshop that will help you use your gardens and Outdoor Classroom as exciting educational tools.

This is a great volunteer activity for parents and their school-age children, teens looking for community service hours & neighbors who want to improve their "hands on" gardening skill! Activities include cultivating, planting & harvesting. Individual volunteers are welcome to show up during hours listed. Gregory-Lincoln Education Center, 1101 Taft St.
Please wear closed toe shoes, long pants, hat and bring a reusable water bottle.
