How to Become an Affiliate Community Garden

1. Provide Urban harvest with up-to-date contact information for our database, including:

• Garden location (street address and/or directions if no address exists)
• Date the garden was begun - usually the date the garden was built
• Purpose of the garden (donation, allotment, therapy, school/youth, neighborhood)
• A Current list of gardeners.

2. Provide proof that your garden actually exists (example: photo of build workday or site visit by Urban Harvest staff or volunteer).

3. Purchase an Urban Harvest membership link to at the Organization level for $40.

4. Purchase a Community Garden Affiliate sign  for your garden.
