Experience one-of-a-kind dishes when Houston's top chefs partner with local farmers to create a fresh, seasonal supper to benefit Urban Harvest, a nonprofit organization that leads Houston's local food movement. A group of Houston's notable chefs who have pledged to impress guests with sophisticated combinations that speak to Urban Harvest's principles of encouraging community, good nutrition and sustainability through organic gardening.
Sunday Supper at Weights + Measures will offer a bountiful spread of dishes that spotlight seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms. In partnership with chef Richard Kaplan of Weights + Measures, contributing chefs include Graham LaBorde of Bernadine's, Peter Garcia of El Meson, Bobby Matos of State of Grace, Soren Pedersen, and Kevin Naderi of Roost. Participating vendors include Plant It Forward Farms, Dos Brisas, Tejas Heritage Farms, Animal Farm, Tavola Pasta, and Airline Seafood.
