Organizations can request one of many of our classes to be taught at their site. The requesting organization purchases an entire class based on their needs (class topic, length and convenience to their attendees.) We send out the appropriate instructor for the class topic. There are no minimum or maximum class sizes since the class was purchased as a whole.
We request a minimum of a month to coordinate with the instructor and confirm the date. CPE and CEPH credits are available for many of our classes upon request. Please submit the following Google Form to Lilly DeHaven to receive the cost estimate and to schedule a class.
General terms for Requested Classes:
Speaker- Urban Harvest will provide a speaker for the time and day listed. If you choose to advertise as an Urban Harvest event please let us know so that we can send a jpeg of our logo.
Media- We can also provide our own media equipment (laptop and projector,) upon request. If a projector is required, it might limit the days we can send it with our speaker, since we only have two projectors available.
Handouts- If available an electronic copy of the handout can be e-mailed ahead of the class, giving the organization an opportunity to make copies for their attendees.
Class Size-There is no minimum or maximum number of people required for the class.
Recording devices- Videotaping and voice recording prohibited without written consent.
Information on Pricing - All classes start at $200 for a one hour class that is within 20 miles from the Urban Harvest office. Longer classes are available. Classes exceeding the 20 mile distance will incur mileage fees.
